24-Hour Complaint Window

You must inform us within 24 hours of receiving your parcel if:

  • The item arrived damaged
  • You received the wrong product
  • A part is missing
  • There is a manufacturing defect

After 24 hours, we cannot entertain complaints, returns, or exchanges.

Unplugged does not offer refunds.
If your complaint is approved, we will either:

  • Replace the defective part
  • Repair the issue
  • Provide a product exchange (only when replacement is not possible)

Cash refunds, bank transfers, and reversal of payments are not offered under any circumstances.

Return Eligibility (Only if Approved After Complaint Review)

If our team determines that a return is required, the item must:

  • Be in the same condition in which it was received
  • Include all original packaging and accessories

Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.
