At Unplugged, we take great care to ensure your products reach you in perfect condition. Because our items are large, customized, and often assembled on delivery, we follow a strict complaint and return policy designed for transparency and smooth resolution.

24-Hour Complaint Window

You must inform us within 24 hours of receiving your parcel if:

The item arrived damaged
You received the wrong product
A part is missing
There is a manufacturing defect

After 24 hours, we cannot entertain complaints, returns, or exchanges.

Pictures/videos clearly showing the issue

📦 No Refund Policy

Unplugged does not offer refunds.
If your complaint is approved, we will either:

Replace the defective part
Repair the issue
Provide a product exchange (only when replacement is not possible)

Cash refunds, bank transfers, and reversal of payments are not offered under any circumstances.

Return Eligibility (Only if Approved After Complaint Review)

If our team determines that a return is required, the item must:

Be in the same condition in which it was received
Include all original packaging and accessories

Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.

Wrong or Damaged Items

If you receive the wrong product or a damaged item, we will resolve the issue at no additional cost after verifying the claim.

Please ensure you inspect the item at the time of delivery and report issues within 24 hours.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or complaints for:
Damaged-after-delivery items
Items damaged due to misuse
