Unplugged operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services, in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the "Services"). Unplugged is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

The below terms and conditions, together with any policies referenced here (these "Terms of Service" or "Terms") describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services.

Please read these Terms of Service carefully, as they include important information about your legal rights and cover areas such as warranty disclaimers and limitations of liability.

By visiting, interacting with, or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service or Privacy Policy, you should not use or access our Services.

Section 1: Access and Account

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your province or territory of residence, and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use the Services on devices you own, purchase, or manage.

To use the Services, including browsing our online store or purchasing any of the products we offer, you may be asked to provide certain information, such as your email address, billing, payment, and shipping information. You represent and warrant that all information you provide is correct, current, and complete, and that you have all rights necessary to provide this information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity on your account. You may not transfer, sell, assign, or license your account to any other person.

Section 2: Our Products

Unplugged sells Montessori inspired indoor play furniture for children ages 5 Months to 11 Years, including the Jungle Joy 11 in 1 Jungle Gym, the Unplugged Board, the Climbing Wall, the 5 in 1 Swedish Wall, the 4 in 1 Pikler Triangle, the Wooden Foldable Baby Swing, the Wooden Foldable Learning Tower, and the Baby Swing Chair with Ropes, along with any other products listed in our store from time to time.

We have made every effort to provide an accurate representation of our products in our online store. However, please note that colors, finishes, and product appearance may differ from how they appear on your screen due to your device and its settings.

All product descriptions, dimensions, and specifications are subject to change at any time without notice at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time and may limit the quantities we offer to any person or region, on a case by case basis.

Our products are children's play equipment intended for indoor home use under the age guidance stated on each product page. Adult assembly and ongoing adult supervision during play are required. Please follow all assembly instructions, weight limits, and age recommendations provided with your product.

Section 3: Orders, Shipping, and Delivery

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Unplugged reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason at its discretion. Your order is not accepted until Unplugged confirms acceptance. Please review your order carefully before submitting, as we may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests after an order is accepted. If we are unable to accept, change, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you using the email, phone number, or WhatsApp details provided at checkout.

We currently deliver nationwide across Pakistan. Estimated delivery timelines are as follows, though these are estimates only and not guaranteed:

• Karachi: 2 to 3 business days
• Lahore, Islamabad, and other major cities: 5 to 7 business days
• Other cities: 6 to 8 business days

Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days of being placed. You will receive confirmation by email or WhatsApp once your order ships, along with tracking details once the courier has collected the package.

Delivery timelines may be affected by public holidays, weather, or courier delays, and we are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers or events outside our control. Once we hand a product to our courier partner, title and risk of loss passes to you, though we remain available to help resolve any delivery issues as described in our Shipping Policy and Section 4 below.

You agree to provide accurate name, address, phone number, and city details at checkout. Unplugged is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incomplete or incorrect information you provide. If a courier is unable to deliver your order and the parcel is returned to us, you will be responsible for redelivery charges, and for Cash on Delivery orders an advance payment will be required before redelivery is attempted.

You represent and warrant that your purchases are for your own personal or household use and not for commercial resale or export.

Section 4: Damage Claims, Returns, and Refunds

We take great care to ensure your order reaches you safely. Because our products are large, often customized, and in some cases assembled on delivery, the following complaint window and resolution process applies to every order.

You must report any of the following within 48 hours of receiving your parcel: the item arrived damaged, you received the wrong product, a part is missing, or there is a manufacturing defect. After 24 hours, we are unable to accept complaints, returns, or exchanges. To file a complaint, contact us through Instagram at @unpluggedplay.store or by calling +923336335892 or +923242646467, and include your order number along with photos or video clearly showing the issue.

Unplugged does not offer cash refunds, bank transfer refunds, or reversal of payments under any circumstances. If your complaint is approved following review, we will resolve it at no additional cost to you by replacing the defective part, repairing the issue, or providing a product exchange where a replacement is not possible.

If our team determines a return is required, the item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, with all original packaging and accessories included. Returns without prior approval from our team will not be accepted. We do not accept returns or complaints for items damaged after delivery or damaged due to misuse.

Section 5: Prices and Payment

Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price in effect at the time your order is placed and will be confirmed in your order confirmation. Posted prices do not include shipping charges unless stated otherwise; shipping charges depend on the product and are calculated at checkout.

We accept Cash on Delivery, bank transfer, and debit or credit card payment. For Cash on Delivery orders above PKR 25,000, a small advance payment is required before dispatch.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate payment and account information for all purchases, and to promptly update this information as needed so that we can complete your transactions and contact you. You represent and warrant that any payment information you provide is true and complete, that you are authorized to use the payment method provided, and that charges incurred by you will be honored.

Section 6: Intellectual Property

Our Services, including all trademarks, brand names, text, images, graphics, product photography, and the design and arrangement of our store, are owned by Unplugged or its licensors and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

These Terms permit you to use the Services for personal, non commercial use only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, republish, or otherwise exploit any material from the Services without our prior written consent. Unplugged's name, logo, and product names are trademarks of Unplugged and may not be used without our prior written permission. Shopify's name, logo, and related marks are trademarks of Shopify.

Section 7: Optional Tools and Third Party Links

You may be given access to tools offered by third parties as part of the Services, which we do not monitor or control. We provide access to such tools "as is" and "as available," without any warranty, and we have no liability arising from your use of them.

Unplugged is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. Any sales made in our store are made directly with Unplugged. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of sales between you and Unplugged, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products. You release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from your purchases and transactions with Unplugged.

All personal information we collect through the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy. Because the Services are hosted by Shopify, Shopify also collects and processes certain information about your use of the Services to provide and improve them. Occasionally our store may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, or availability. We reserve the right to correct these and to change or cancel orders affected by such errors at any time, even after an order has been submitted.

The information on our Services is provided for general informational purposes only, and we do not warrant its accuracy or completeness. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Unplugged, its partners, directors, officers, employees, affiliates, and service providers, along with Shopify and its affiliates, will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost data, arising from your use of the Services or any product purchased through them, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Nothing in this section limits our obligations under Section 4 (Damage Claims, Returns, and Refunds) or any non waivable consumer protection you may be entitled to under applicable Pakistani law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Unplugged, Shopify, and our respective affiliates, officers, and employees from any claims or damages, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your breach of these Terms, your violation of any law or third party right, or your use of the Services.

Section 18: Severability and Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is found unlawful or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions will continue in full effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of that right.

These Terms, together with any policies referenced here, constitute the entire agreement between you and Unplugged regarding your use of the Services, and supersede any prior agreements or communications on the same subject.

You may not transfer or assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may transfer or assign these Terms without notice to you.

Section 20: Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You and Unplugged agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Karachi, Pakistan for any dispute arising from these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time by posting changes to this page. Your continued use of the Services after any change is posted constitutes your acceptance of that change. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
