Shipping policy

At Unplugged, we work hard to deliver your child’s play products safely, quickly, and in perfect condition. Below is our complete shipping policy for orders within Pakistan.


Shipping Coverage

We currently deliver nationwide across Pakistan, including all major cities. All Items are shipped through logistics partners.


Delivery Timelines

Delivery times may vary depending on your city:

  • Karachi: 1-3 business days
  • Lahore / Islamabad / Major Cities: 4-7 business days
  • Other Cities: 4-8 business days

Note: Delivery timelines may be affected by public holidays, weather, or courier delays.


Shipping Charges

Free shipping.


Payment Methods

  • Cash on Delivery with a small advance payment for orders above 25k before dispatch.
  • Bank Transfer
  • Debit/Credit Card.


Order Processing Time

Once your order is placed:

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
  • You will receive confirmation via email/WhatsApp once your order is shipped.
  • Tracking details will be shared as soon as the package is handed over to the courier.


Order Tracking

After dispatch, you can track your shipment using the tracking link sent to your email/WhatsApp

 

Delivery Inspection & Damage Claims

Please inspect your parcel as soon as you receive it.
If anything arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing, you must report it within 24 hours of delivery (as per our Complaint Policy).

Failed Deliveries & Redelivery

If a courier is unable to deliver your order:

  • They will attempt redelivery
  • If undelivered, the parcel will be returned to us
  • Customers will be responsible for redelivery charges

For COD orders, advance payment will be required for redelivery.


Address Accuracy

Please ensure your address, phone number, and city details are correct at checkout.
Unplugged is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incomplete or incorrect information.
